National Activation Coordinator

Who you are:You are organized and thorough in your work. You are excited to produce events and are equally committed to the behind-the-scene tasks that get them done. Youâre understand the event and experiential space and know how to balance your field and office tasks. You are detail oriented and are meticulous in your work. You understand client services and have a âclient firstâ mentality. Youâve got experience collaborating on event experiences and creating your own. You understand what it takes to create memorable moments. Youâre a master of the details. You love nothing more than a buttoned-up plan (and a plan B, and plan C). Youâre a logistical gun; understanding what it takes to deliver an amazing consumer event from top-to-bottom.
Responsibilities:
What youâll do:Support the Market Manager team with event planning in your marketProvide administrative relief to field team in assistance with event execution Serve as a project manager across internal initiativesHelp with external outreach on behalf of the activation team (Accounts, Ambassadors, Vendors, EtcâŚ)Assist with the development of client facing recaps and comms to share back activation detailsPlan designated event logistics, including but not limited to:build executional plansdevelop ROS documentscoordinate details with partners and event leadscoordinate and manage event assets and elementsmanage event budgetsprovide on-site supervision and support for key events
Qualifications:
Key requirements:Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends(Saturday shifts are mandatory. A weekday can be one offered to supplement)Bachelorâs degree or equivalency experience is strongly preferredExperience in field marketing, lifestyle marketing or brand experiencesExperience in special event planning and execution2-5 years being immersed in the community/city you live inLocal area residency or the ability to commute into the city regularlyExperience with alcohol marketing strongly preferredA strong geographic knowledge of the market and local happenings is a must; familiarity with greater region a plus
