Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
Identify potential prospects through web research and business directories.
Initiate contact with leads through email, calls, and other communication channels.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring alignment with their availability.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
Provide feedback on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
13 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
Previous experience in an International BPO environment is preferred.
Proficiency in internet research and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with CRM and appointment scheduling software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
