We are open to remote candidates.We are seeking a National Accounts Manager to be part of our Club Channel sales team, managing East Coast Club business. We are looking for a person with high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and dedicated to driving new initiatives for the brand with our Club Channel partners. The Regional Business Manager for Club will be in charge of the day-to-day business as well as developing new business within the channel. Manage and develop Club East business for Ocean Spray Brands
Direct management of BJ’s and Costco NE, SE and TX regions working closely with Costco National Sales Lead and Club Team Lead to build regional opportunities
Penetrates customer’s key decision makers, understand their business model and key initiatives, and influences Ocean Spray organization to meet customer needs in a profitable manner for our grower-owners.
Develop, manage and maintain our key business; drive Club portfolio growth
Lead internal Club initiatives including item commercialization, customer strategy deliverables, promotional/trade programs and annual planning
Work collaboratively with our internal Sales Strategy & Commercialization, Brand and Omni teams to create promotional programs and launch new items in best-in-class manner
Work closely with buyers and operations for optimal distribution and programming
Responsible for all communication concerning national accounts including contracts, product-price component changes, compliance, & weekly sales reporting
Volume and trade spend forecasting, price modeling, P&L understanding, contract management
Manage national contracts—understand and analyze business to recommend and implement initiatives for business growth across contract
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in Club Channel
Strong analytical skills with experience in customer and syndicated data
Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop and achieve plan
Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within partner, customer and internal organization
Experience in sales/marketing or working with partnerships ideal
Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support
Excellent communication skills
Negotiating, influencing and deal creation skills
Travel: 10% - 20%
Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)Work Experience: At least 5 Years of ExperienceAnnual Salary: $102,200 - $140,500The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
