With a strong focus on health and wellness, we strive to create a culture that supports the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve. **Customer Service Representative Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to customers inside and outside our centers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. * Utilizing smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation for our customers. * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks. * Answering questions and educating customers regarding our products and services, providing solutions to their needs. * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing. * Installing hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections. * Filling propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment), ensuring safe and efficient fueling. * Driving a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment), ensuring safe and efficient material handling. * Participating in ongoing continuous education through blithequark University, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends. **Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must possess: * A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record. * A high school diploma or equivalent. **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions.
