National Account Manager - Remote, Equipment Financing
Our client, established over 50 years ago, provides financial solutions to equipment dealers across the United States. Naviga has partnered with them to recruit a National Account Manager to join their team.
Title: National Account Manager
Location: 100% Remote | Must live in on of the following states:
AL, AR, FL, GA, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV

Responsibilities:
Ā Manage the full sales cycle for products and services, including sourcing of new business and origination sources and execute timely follow-up and lead management
Ā Creating and nurturing business relationships, including travel to tradeshows and businesses
Ā Uncovers client's decision-making process, while maintaining skillful tactics to get through gatekeepers with reliable follow through
Ā Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to customers
Ā Identify eligibility requirements for financing and communicate with prospective clients
Ā Create, manage, and maintain a consistent flow of transactions
Ā Structuring equipment finance
Ā Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and keep records of sales and data using Salesforce.com
Ā Proactively drive account management from application to funding including follow up with past clients to source repeat business
Ā Review credit approvals and assist customers on what is required to receive faster approvals and funding
Ā Understand all steps needed to ensure the production of transactions are moving forward
Ā Managing the sales side by guiding the client through the approval and funding of the transaction as well as displaying empathy with declines
Ā Maintain high levels of communication with your clients and internal departments to ensure all items required to fund the transaction are understood by the client, completed correctly, and received timely
Ā Meet and exceed sales origination activity standards; work diligently to achieve and exceed your monthly sales goals
Requirements:
Ā Experience in heavy equipment or material handling equipment sales
Ā OR Logistics sales experience - this experience is highly transferable to our clients' model
Ā Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools. Salesforce experience, a plus
Ā Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Ā Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commission, and percentages
Ā History of bringing on new business and hitting assigned quotas
Ā Strong and adept in building relationships that create application flow from equipment dealers
Ā Ability to close equipment financing transactions independently
Ā Ability to make outbound calls enthusiastically while demonstrating knowledge over the phone
Ā Developed negotiation and consultative sales skills
Ā Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Ā Strong verbal, written communication, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
Ā Uses a direct, action-oriented approach to solving problems
Ā Works well within the framework of a team, while striving to excel individually
Ā Enjoys challenges and competition
Education:
Ā College Degree Highly Preferred, but not required
