National Account Manager
About The Position:
The National Account Manager will be responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives to secure and expand distribution within key retail grocery and convenience accounts nationwide. This role focuses on driving volume, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering against established sales objectives. It offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with established industry relationships seeking a flexible, high-impact position.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Head of Sales
• Remote position; candidate may be based anywhere within the United States
• Achieve agreed-upon annual sales objectives focused on penetrating and securing new national and regional accounts
• Clearly communicate brand strategy, positioning, standards, and priorities to key retail partners
• Proactively engage with national and regional retail chains in target markets to secure new distribution and retail placements
• Manage and track critical timelines, category review dates, and submission requirements for each targeted chain
• Support new account onboarding, including coordination with distributor partners to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement statewide promotional initiatives
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience within the RTD (Ready-to-Drink) beverage industry, specifically managing national off-premise retail chains
• Established buyer relationships with key national retail accounts required
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing budgets effectively and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated success working remotely with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
