We’re looking for an elite AI Automation Developer to join us in designing, building, and scaling operational systems using tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, OpenAI, webhooks, custom APIs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and deploy end-to-end automations across tools like Poppy, ClickUp, Slack, GHL, Airtable, Google Sheets, Typeform, Retell, GHL, Appointwise, Close Bot, etc.
• Build and maintain integrations using Make, Zapier, and custom HTTP/API modules
• Develop workflows that utilize OpenAI (GPT-4/4o) for smart summarization, email writing, task generation, and more
• Create smart systems for lead routing, notifications, task creation, and reporting
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for reliability, efficiency, and speed
• Collaborate with the leadership team to map out operational bottlenecks and systemize them
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and update logs for all workflows
What You’ll Need:
• 2–5+ years of experience in workflow automation or systems engineering
• Proven expertise in Make (Integromat), Zapier, webhooks, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP request structures
• Experience working with OpenAI or other LLMs inside workflows
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize projects, and deliver results quickly
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and process design skills
• (Bonus) Experience in low-code app tools (e.g. Airtable, Softr, Glide, Notion integrations)
