About This Role As our Multisite Property Manager, you'll be at the forefront of modern property management, overseeing multiple apartment complexes while leveraging virtual assistant technology to optimize operations. This isn't just about managing properties—it's about pioneering a new approach that combines high-tech efficiency with the personal touch that tenants value. Reporting to: Regional Property Manager Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt What You'll Do Strategic Leadership • Oversee multiple apartment complexes, ensuring consistent quality standards across all properties • Develop and execute innovative property management strategies that leverage technology for maximum efficiency • Monitor performance metrics and financial data across all sites, implementing corrective actions as needed Technology Integration • Implement and supervise virtual assistant solutions for routine tasks including tenant communications, maintenance requests, lease administration, and reporting • Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology integration • Train and supervise both virtual assistants and on-site personnel for seamless operations Relationship Management • Conduct strategic site visits to assess property conditions • Oversee tenant relations, including retention strategies, conflict resolution, and satisfaction programs • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts across all properties Compliance & Operations • Ensure compliance with all applicable housing laws, regulations, and company policies • Manage budgets exceeding $1M across multiple properties • Drive continuous improvement in all operational areas What We're Looking For Experience & Education • 5+ years of property management experience with at least 2 years managing multiple sites • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field • Proven track record implementing and managing technology solutions in property management • Experience managing budgets Certifications (Preferred) • Active Real Estate License • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation Technical Skills • Understanding of virtual assistant capabilities and limitations in real estate operations • Advanced proficiency with property management software and digital productivity tools (Yardi Preferred) • Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen Essential Abilities • Exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms (in-person, video, phone, text, email) • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships remotely • Strategic planning and problem-solving expertise • Adaptability and flexibility in a technology-driven environment Why You'll Love Working With Us This role offers the unique opportunity to be a pioneer in the evolution of property management.
