MRI Technologist PRN- weekend day shift

Overview: Job Title: PRN MRI Technologist Location: Primary site – West Ashley; occasional coverage at Tricom Diagnostic/North Charleston as needed Schedule: Primarily weekends, with potential weekday shifts to cover PTO or sick leave Pay: PRN premium plus $10 weekend shift differential Responsibilities: • Perform MRI scans efficiently, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. • Screen patients for ferrous and RF-sensitive materials and prepare them for procedures. • Provide clear instructions to patients and maintain accurate positioning and exposure techniques. • Follow MedQuest policies, OSHA guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance. • Participate in ongoing training, cross-train in additional modalities, and maintain certification. • Build education files on interesting cases and contribute to team learning. #ZR Qualifications: • Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program; ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI. • Licensure: Active state licensure (where applicable), CPR certification. • Experience: 0+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist (2+ years preferred). • Skills: IV skills, strong knowledge of MRI procedures and anatomy, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
