Mortgage Sales Call Center Agent

This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
The role starts by working in our outbound call center where you will be the first point of contact for our consumers.
You will engage with potential customers, showcasing why AmeriSave is a premier lender of choice.
Successful team members will then have the chance to skyrocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.
Requirements:
Inside or field sales experience required
Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
Telesales experience preferred
Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
Ability to counter customer objections
Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
