Mortgage Purchase Processor (REMOTE)
About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the leading mortgage expert for everyone involved in the home buying process • Manage pre-approval transactions from application to funding, including communicating with borrowers, getting them pre-approved, and coordinating with both the buyer's and seller's real estate agents • Assist customers in finding their dream home by ensuring a seamless mortgage transaction • Manage a pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per month • Gather required documentation from customers and third parties in support of the loan approval decision • Provide prompt, professional communication to customers, loan officers & underwriters • Calculate and analyze income, assets and liabilities • Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures • Establish an ongoing relationship by delivering best-in-class customer service Requirements • Minimum of 2 years mortgage purchase processing experience • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM • Exceptional customer service skills • Detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent decision making skills • Excellent communication skills Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee discounts • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • 12 paid holidays per year • Paid training • Referral program • Vision insurance Apply tot his job
