Responsibilities • Partner with real estate professionals to generate loan referrals. , • Provide mortgage loan services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations. , • Utilize a variety of loan products to meet client needs, including Non-QM and Down Payment Assistance programs. , • Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. , • Maintain relationships with realtors to foster ongoing business opportunities. Requirements • Active Florida MLO License for 2024. , • Bilingual in Spanish and English. , • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Partner or Loan Officer/Originator. , • Experience in self-generating leads with various loan products. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Encompass LOS and SimpleNexus for point of sale. , • Familiarity with Bonzo CRM and Mortgage Marketing Automation.
