At PCMA, we are building a unique company focused on developing Private Client products and concierge services for the Mass Affluent (MAI) and High Net-Worth (HNWI). Founded by an industry veteran and thought leader with a track record of building some of the industrys most successful and innovative platforms, PCMA is positioned to dominate this highly lucrative client category.
To apply as a Private Client Funder for PCMA should have the following qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review sign loan documents and review information for accuracy.
Review closing disclosures and confirm accuracy against the disclosed fees.
Review and sign off closing conditions including insurance information.
Communicate with Mortgage Advisors, Processors, and Escrow Officer of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the closing process.
Verify and balance funding figures to wire final loan proceeds to Title.
Request wires from warehouse banks and coordinate disbursements from title/escrow.
Prepare and complete any additional forms that may be required by purchasing entity.
Electronically deliver closed loans on/before target delivery date
REQUIREMENTS:
5 or more years of current or very recent experience as a Funder within the Mortgage industry for residential borrowers
Must be proficient in Encompass
Must have excellent technical abilities
Must Have excellent compliance skills
Some servicing experiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and maintaining the companys customer service standards.
Born from the NQM innovation movement, PCMA concept and launched the first of its kind Private Client Lender and will be a dominate revenue engine in this new era of lending.
The term "private refers to a recognized status of our client's financial capacity and a need to dedicated products and lending expertise rendered on a more exclusive basis than in traditional homogenized retail storefronts.

High Income: Executives / Athletes / Entertainers
Business Owner: Shareholders / LLC Members / Enterprise Contract
