Home Loan Consultant
FMC Freedom Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Home Loan Consultant to join their Call Center department. This role focuses on providing high-quality service to customers by assisting them in selecting mortgage options and resolving their needs while obtaining the necessary state mortgage originator licenses.ResponsibilitiesPassing SAFE exam, obtaining the required state mortgage originator licensesObtaining and or/ maintaining applicable state and NMLS licensure, or renewing your NMLS license within the time period determined and communicated to you by the CompanyAnalyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan programAssists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and, once licensed will take the initial loan applicationClearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan processEnsures all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely mannerFollows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliantContinually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPIās set by ManagementIs responsive to customersā needs and expectationsHas excellent communication skills and is clear, concise, and professional when speaking with customersIs eager to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelinesHas strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelinesMaintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and proceduresRequires flexible scheduling (weekends and late nights)Comply with all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular and punctual attendanceSkillsU.S. citizens or individuals with legal authorization to work in the United States for this roleHigh School Diploma requiredAt least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience working as bank loan officer or in similar roleHome Loan Consultant must pass the NMLS SAFE exam within the first 30 days of this roleExcellent communication skills and is clear, concise, and professional when speaking with customersEager to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelinesStrong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelinesFlexible scheduling (weekends and late nights) is requiredComply with all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular and punctual attendanceBenefitsPTOMedicalDentalVision401(k) plan with company matchLife insuranceLong term and short-term disability optionsFSA/HSATuition reimbursementOther voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewEssentials is an integrated IT, security, and business solutions provider helping organizations protect, optimize, and grow their operations.
