Youâll play a key role in supporting a smooth loan origination and closing process while partnering closely with teammates across the bank. In this role you'll
⢠Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in alignment with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID regulations within required timelines
⢠Add signed documents to the eFolder in Encompass
⢠Perform postâclosing reviews on completed loan files
⢠Prepare and maintain daily status reports for disclosure due dates for loan originators
⢠Prepare requests for tax transcripts
⢠Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
What we're looking for
⢠You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required)
⢠You have 2+ years of experience in loan processing (Required)
⢠An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
What helps you shine
⢠You understand real estate lending forms, disclosure requirements, TRID regulations, and mortgage closing procedures
⢠Youâre comfortable reviewing detailed fee itemizations and ensuring compliance accuracy
⢠You bring strong organizational, problemâsolving, and prioritization skills, even under tight deadlines
⢠You communicate clearly and professionally, and work well with teammates and customers
⢠Youâre proficient with MS Office and lending software, and you pick up new systems quickly
⢠You have basic accounting skills and a high level of attention to detail
⢠You handle confidential information securely and exercise sound judgment
⢠Youâre familiar with federal and state realâestate lending regulations

Compensation & benefits
⢠Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $24.63-$33.32/hr
