Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Bilingual Traditional Chinese STEM Expert to create detailed STEM-based prompts. The role involves developing evaluation standards, assessing AI model outputs, and delivering high-quality work within project timelines.

Responsibilities
• Create detailed STEM-based prompts in Traditional Chinese and/or English with multiple constraints and scientific instructions
• Define evaluation standards and build comprehensive rubrics aligned with scientific rigor, reasoning accuracy, and academic tone in Traditional Chinese
• Run prompts through AI models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality, comparing Traditional Chinese and English responses when required
• Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and rigor across Traditional Chinese-language STEM benchmarks
• Deliver structured, high-quality work within defined project timelines

Skills
• Native-level fluency in written Traditional Chinese with strong reading and writing proficiency in English
• BS or BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
• Familiarity with undergraduate-level Biology, Physics, or Chemistry topics
• Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
