Mortgage Disclosure Desk/Loan Set-Up (2)

Position Summary: The Mortgage Disclosure Desk/Loan Set-Up role is an essential part of the loan origination process, ensuring borrowers receive accurate and timely disclosures and that loan files are properly prepared for underwriting and processing. This position manages initial disclosures, change-of-circumstance updates, document ordering, and early-stage file organization. The role supports a smooth, compliant and customer-focused mortgage experience from the very beginning of the loan cycle. Responsibilities: • Send initial disclosures and Loan Estimate from Encompass to buyer within 3 days of application. • When requested, send change of circumstance loan estimates within 3 days of change request. • Order third party verifications. • Follow-up on signed loan estimates within company timeframes. Key Qualifications: • Highschool diploma; or general education degree (GED) required • 3+ Years Mortgage experience preferred • Computer Literate (Windows, Word, Excel) and able to learn/use new Software • Working knowledge of Encompass and/or other LOS • Effective communication skills both written and verbal • Strong organization skills and follow-through capabilities Base Salary: The expected base salary for this position is between $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.
