BlueCross BlueShield Tennessee is recruiting the next Lead Medical Director for their Medicare Advantage program. This is a remote position, but applicants must have an active Tennessee medical license. Highlights of the role : • Fully Remote position, can live anywhere in the United States (excludes CA, MA, NH, NJ, NY due to state law, tax code, regulatory restrictions). • Identify and execute opportunities to improve quality, utilization, outcomes, member satisfaction, and more! • Oversee a team of 5+ medical physicians and serve as a cross-functional liaison for operations, case management, utilization management, provider outreach, and others. • Reports to and directly consults with the Chief Medical Officer; excellent opportunity for professional development! • Realistic earning potential in the high $300,000’s along with an excellent benefits package!
