Manage escrow analysis, process account changes, handle payoff requests, and address credit bureau disputes.
Adhere to all regulatory and company procedures to ensure the safety and accuracy of customer mortgage information.
Maintain a friendly and calm demeanor while navigating complex issues and addressing escalated calls.
Act as a resource for other agents and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing and call center environments.
Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle high-volume call center tasks.
Familiarity with MSP is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to listen and respond empathetically to customers.
