Mortgage Advisor (Team-Based Role | Leads Provided | Florida-Based | Kinsfolk Mortgage)
We’re actively hiring Mortgage Advisors to join our team at Kinsfolk Mortgage.
This is not a traditional LO role — this is a team-based, lead-driven opportunity designed for individuals who want to focus on closing deals, not chasing them.
This role is remote, but we are specifically looking for candidates based in Florida, as we serve clients throughout the state.

Kinsfolk Mortgage is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage built around a fully integrated mortgage and real estate model.
Through our partnership with Kinsfolk Signature Realty, along with inbound leads from digital marketing, our team works with real opportunities daily — not cold outreach.
We are building a high-performance environment where Mortgage Advisors can plug into a system, convert clients, and scale their income.
The Role
This is a team-based Mortgage Advisor position, where you will:
• Work inbound leads daily
• Convert prospects into applications and pre-approvals
• Structure FHA, VA, Non-QM and conventional loans
• Guide clients from initial conversation through closing
• Collaborate with our real estate team on active buyers
• Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
What This Role Is NOT
• Not a self-gen heavy role
• Not a “build your own business from scratch” position
• Not a corporate, slow-moving environment
What We Provide
• Consistent company-generated leads
• Integrated real estate team providing buyer opportunities
• CRM (Follow Up Boss) and proven follow-up systems
• Work directly within a system led by a producing mortgage broker actively involved in structuring and closing deals
• A clear, scalable path to income growth
Compensation
• 0.5% per closed loan (company-provided leads)
• 1% per closed loan (self-generated business)
• No cap on earnings
