Monday.com Digital Workflow Consultant – Systems Integration & Automation Expert
I’m looking for an experienced digital workflow consultant to help me organize and optimize my projects, notes, and tools across multiple platforms. This role involves auditing my existing systems, identifying gaps and redundancies, and implementing solutions to create a smooth, efficient workflow. The consultant will design and build automations, integrations, and custom workflows that connect all the tools I use daily.
Key Platforms and Skills:
Monday.com: advanced board design, dashboards, automations.
Airtable: databases, views, relational linking.
Notion, Obsidian, Evernote: note-taking and knowledge management.
Zapier, Make (Integromat), and other automation tools to connect apps and automate processes.
AI-powered productivity tools and assistants.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements.
Implement automations and integrations across platforms.
Design clear processes and document them for easy adoption.
Help train me on new systems and ensure long-term maintainability.
