About the Role We’re seeking a Legal Data Analyst to structure and analyze data that will improve case triage, forecast revenue, and optimize marketing. We’re looking for someone who can turn raw data into actionable insights that will guide the continued growth and efficiency of our firm. This role will report into the Managing Partner. If you have experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics, and a passion for digging into numbers to drive strategy, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing • Assist with data collection and standardization. • Manipulate and analyze large datasets to translate trends and patterns into actionable insights across case outcomes and firm operations. • Analyze case characteristics that impact speed to resolution and collectability. • Identify lead sources and channels with the highest ROI. • Generate internal reports to support strategic, cross departmental decisions. • Suggest improvements to data workflows and metrics collection. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred. • Advanced expertise with Google Sheets. • Strong track record of building out data visualizations and dashboards using Google Looker Studio and Google Sheets. • Strategic ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Familiarity with relational databases and querying language, basic SQL a plus. • Interest or experience in legal operations and/or real estate preferred. • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal direction. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. • You can hit deadlines, spot typos, and keep your calendar straight.
