ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Contact notaries to have documents re-signed or acknowledged.
• Stay up-to-date on delivery requirements for investors.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• 1+ years of experience in a post-closing capacity.
• Expert customer service skills.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Growth mindset – look for problems and develop solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Computer and Internet access.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS:
Home office environment; some lifting and bending required.
PAYMENT:
$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment
