Remote Audiologist in IN
A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality audiological care remotely, ensuring students receive the necessary evaluations and support to address hearing and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings using telehealth technology.
ā¢ Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student hearing health.
ā¢ Collaborate with educators and healthcare personnel to monitor student progress.
ā¢ Provide education and counseling to students, families, and staff regarding hearing-related issues.
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
ā¢ Valid state licensure as an Audiologist.
ā¢ Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote diagnostic procedures.
ā¢ Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
