Mobile Crisis Clinician (Overnights)

Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis ClinicianSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8am. May be based out of Crawford, Dent, Gasconade, Maires, Phelps, and Pulaski counties. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines providing immediate, person-centered crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health distress. Key Responsibilities
Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in personConduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluationsMake clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate servicesCoordinate care with internal teams and external community partnersDeliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed careDocument services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standardsParticipate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsRegional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts required
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED RequiredBachelor’s or Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field preferredWORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSAt least one (1) year experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelor’s degree is the highest education level obtainedWorking knowledge of DSM-V requiredA valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage requiredReliable transportationLICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONMO Substance Use credential required (CRADC or CADC) (if high school is highest education obtained)PLPC, LMSW, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, or LCSW preferredYou’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You:Are passionate about showing up for others in crisis and creating a safe, supportive spaceHave strong clinical instincts and can remain calm under pressureThrive in dynamic environments and are flexible with shifting needs or locationsCommunicate clearly and compassionately with individuals, families, and community partnersAre confident in your clinical documentation and assessment skillsBelieve in whole-person, strength-based care and the power of connection during critical moments
