About the Role The Ministry Success Representative role is the heartbeat of our relationship with the churches we serve. You’ll be the person they turn to for help, guidance, encouragement, and expertise. This isn’t just another customer service job, and it’s a ministry opportunity where every conversation can make an eternal impact. You’ll help churches get the most out of their websites, troubleshoot issues, and champion their success — all while being part of a supportive, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities Support churches by responding to questions and resolving challenges through email, chat, and phone. Proactively guide ministries in how to best utilize their Ministry Designs websites and tools. Accurately document interactions, progress, and resolutions. Collaborate internally to escalate and resolve more technical issues when needed. Stay organized using systems like HubSpot (CRM) and ClickUp (task management). Continuously learn and adapt as our platform evolves to better serve churches. What We’re Looking For A heart for the local church — you believe in what churches are doing and want to help them succeed. Fast learner who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and loves solving problems. Highly organized and detail-oriented — you don’t let things slip through the cracks. Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and warm. Experience with HubSpot CRM and ClickUp is highly preferred. High School diploma or equivalent (required). Previous customer service, tech support, or ministry experience is a plus, but not required if you’re the right fit. Why Join Ministry Designs?
