What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure transparency in product delivery progress
- Lead the scrum team to enhance collaboration and promote healthy interactions
- Provide mentorship to Junior Scrum Masters and serve as an Agile Coach for teams
- Champion the use of metrics and objective measures within the team
- Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure goals are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification as a Scrum Master or higher; scaled Agile certification is highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading product-based delivery teams in a scaled Agile organization
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching within agile frameworks
