Job Description
• Oversee the delivery of payroll services across multiple global locations.
• Ensure benefits administration is conducted in compliance with international regulations.
• Lead and manage the payroll and benefits team.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll and benefits with company strategy.
• Resolve any payroll and benefits related issues promptly.
• Manage relationships with payroll and benefits vendors.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in payroll and benefits regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Payroll & Benefits Manager should have:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
