Mid-Level Litigation Lawyer

We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to work with our F100 clients.Responsibilities: Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation mattersMinimum Qualifications: 8-12 years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environmentThe ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation mattersActive bar license in the state in which you residePreferred Qualifications: Experience with database management of litigation materials.Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $120,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
