Microsoft Power Platform Applications Developer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to building Power BI reports and other web-based reports to drive business insights
Work on internal financial and headcount systems to pull data, analyze, and build reporting using Power BI and other programs
Provide complex analysis to influence, design, develop, and implement business process improvements using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
Create new or convert existing solutions within the Microsoft Power Suite, identifying trends, performing research, gathering requirements, and developing solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of proficiency in SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Project, and Power BI
Minimum 2+ years of experience with process automation and data analytics
Strong business analyst skills, including advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Independent and critical thinking, decision-making, and strong written and oral communication abilities
Ability to provide guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced staff and peers
Strong teamwork skills and ability to build and work collaboratively within and across work teams
