Our client seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Collaboration Expert to join the organization. Architect and lead the successful implementation, configuration, migration & integration, and adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools


They are implementing the MS365 environment across their global enterprise. They have focused specialists within SharePoint and Exchange, but they don't have an overall high level 365 expert. They are looking for a senior (director level) architect global admin. There are point people for the non-US countries. This person will focus on the US but will interact with the global counterparts mostly for synergies.


Responsibilities/Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their collaboration requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft 365 solutions, GCC version
  • Develop solution designs, workflows, and best practices to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including planning, deployment, and migration activities.
  • Ensure proper integration with existing systems and platforms, minimizing disruption to employees.
  • Governance and Security policies
  • Microsoft 365 Configuration
  • Training and Adoption
  • Troubleshooting and Support


Requirements/Must haves:

  • Proven experience in an enterprise environment as an M365 Collaboration Expert or similar role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and their functionalities.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including migration and integration activities (pull & analyze data)
  • GCC MS365 is a must have - it's different from the commercial tenant
