Mgr Strategic Planning & Analysis
Plans, organize, direct and control the development of strategic plans and the implementation activities for the AGFS and/or CSSD division. Responsible for specific projects/programs that require coordination with other corporate divisions. Essential Functions • Plans, organizes and directs the development of strategic plans and implementation activities for the AGFS and/or CSSD division. • Selects, trains, and motivats a professional staff of 6-15 and administering an operating budget of $1MM. T • Provides operational evaluation of system operations, facilities, equipment options. • Recognizes cost reduction and service enhancement opportunities. • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related business experience in an engineering, discipline, operations research, program development or industrial management field plus one (1) year of supervisory/management experience in the last five (5) years. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of FedEx ground or sort operations. Strong basic management, analytical, human relations and communication skills.
