Metadata Manager
The Metadata Manager will work closely with the Data Architecture Lead to define the meta-model and metadata management requirements. This role will be responsible for ensuring there are processes in place to monitor completeness and quality of critical metadata. Oversee maintenance of metadata artefacts, reporting and escalating where appropriate, resolving issues, gaps, and inconsistencies. Maintain set of metadata controls to ensure that data is consumable, systems of record are fit for purpose, and prioritization is given to mission-critical data.Provide guidance to enhance metadata processes as needed. Interact and be a representative throughout the region at various levels of management on behalf of the DAO. Interface with senior management across the US for the various functions to ensure an integrated approach across all aspects of metadata management. HSBC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
