Job Description:

Data Analysis:
β€’ Extract and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across Meta product sales, marketing, and distribution channels.
β€’ Identify trends and insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
β€’ Create visual reports and dashboards to communicate data findings to stakeholders effectively.

Project Management:
β€’ Manage multiple concurrent projects related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and logistical operations.
β€’ Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
β€’ Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet objectives on time and within budget.
β€’ Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved in projects.

Presentations:
β€’ Develop and deliver compelling weekly PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, summarizing critical operational metrics, market trends, and project updates.
β€’ Ensure presentations are visually appealing and data-driven, effectively communicating critical messages to leadership.
β€’ Stay current on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide valuable presentation context.

Additional Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide administrative support to the Meta Field team as needed.
β€’ Research and identify new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
β€’ Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.

Performance Measurements
β€’ Sales performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
β€’ Scope adherence: Ensure all project deliverables are completed as specified in each timeframe
β€’ Budget adherence: Effectively manage project expenses and stay within budget constraints
β€’ High-quality outcomes: Produce project deliverables that exceed client expectations
β€’ Stakeholder engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle
β€’ Data-driven decision-making: Leverage project data to identify trends, measure progress, and make informed decisions
β€’ Process improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements for operational efficiency and productivity
β€’ Effective communication: Clearly and concisely communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
β€’ Continuous learning: Actively pursue opportunities to enhance project management skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and embrace new technologies

Qualifications:
β€’ Business degree preferred
β€’ 5-10 years of retail and national sales management experience required
β€’ Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience is required
β€’ Exercise operational excellence and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
β€’ Superior leadership abilities with practical, professional communication and presentation skills
β€’ Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem-solve
β€’ Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
β€’ Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
