Meta and Google Ads Specialist
U.S.-based company GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to execute, optimize, and scale paid social and search campaigns across multiple DTC brands. The role focuses on data analysis, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for data-driven marketing. Requirements β’ 2β3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (launching, optimizing, scaling). β’ 1+ year of Google Ads experience (feed-driven formats like Shopping & PMax preferred). β’ Strong understanding of key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC. β’ Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously. β’ Proficiency with Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets. β’ Familiarity with BI dashboards (Sigma Computing, Looker, or similar). β’ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. β’ Ability to work U.S. business hours. β’ Proven success supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely.
