Meta Ads Specialist Needed for Web Design Agency (Setup + Creative Strategy) I’m looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads specialist to help set up and run paid ads for my web design business, Aspire Web Designs. This role includes both technical setup and creative positioning. I’m not looking for a generic media buyer — I need someone who understands how to position a service-based business to small business owners. Scope of Work -Audit or set up Meta Business Manager and Ad Account -Install and verify Meta Pixel -Domain verification and conversion event setup -Create and launch 1–2 ad campaigns -Assist with creative positioning and messaging -Write or refine ad copy (I can help with direction) -Set up basic retargeting audiences -Monitor and optimize ads over a 30-day period bolthires Audience -US-based small business owners -Founders, owners, and decision-makers -Service-based businesses Requirements -Proven experience running Meta ads for service-based businesses -Familiarity with lead generation campaigns -Understanding of Meta compliance and best practices -Ability to explain strategy clearly -Experience with US audiences preferred Nice to Have -Past experience with web design, marketing agencies, or consultants -Strong copywriting instincts -Landing page or funnel feedback experience To Apply Please include: -Your experience with Meta ads for service businesses -1–2 brief case studies or examples -How you approach creative positioning for cold traffic -Whether you are US-based or have experience with US clients Apply tot his job
