Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Media Buyer
We are seeking a results-oriented Meta Ads Media Buyer to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will drive paid social strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and engagement. You are expected to collaborate with the team to plan and implement advertising campaigns that align with overall marketing goals, utilizing market research and media planning techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
Work Schedule: Preference for candidates located in or able to work in MST or PST time zones.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
• Conduct audience research, ad copy creation, and creative asset testing.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign KPIs to achieve marketing objectives.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to determine the most effective combinations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition to evaluate success.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in managing Facebook Advertising and Instagram ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and result-driven.
