About the Role The Consumer Messaging Program team is the driving force behind Netflix-initiated messaging, encompassing email, push notifications, and in-app notifications. As a Messaging Strategy Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end consumer-facing messaging strategies, creating impactful messages, and analyzing performance metrics. Your expertise will help shape the messaging landscape for our diverse portfolio of games, live events, and licensing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute messaging strategies for specific projects and campaigns, collaborating with the Messaging Strategy Team Lead to drive business objectives Analyze data to identify best practices, trends, and actionable insights, informing future messaging initiatives Understand and align messaging strategies with broader business goals, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach Partner with Messaging Operations and cross-functional teams to develop messages that meet guidelines and principles Collaborate with a talented team of designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to craft exceptional messaging experiences Essential Qualifications 7+ years of experience in developing and tracking B2C messaging programs, preferably for an enterprise subscription brand Proven track record of consumer-facing positioning and communication for brands In-depth understanding of messaging channels and their applications Strategic, analytical thinker with a customer-focused mindset Experience with enterprise self-service messaging platforms and campaign management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and influence stakeholders Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience in messaging performance management and optimization Background in working with data science teams to inform messaging strategies Knowledge of industry trends and innovations in messaging and consumer engagement Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Strategic thinking and problem-solving Analytical and data-driven decision-making Effective communication and collaboration Customer-centric mindset and empathy Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Curiosity and passion for learning and growth Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Workwarp, we're committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
