The Mercury Technology Solutions team (MTS) is a technology team focused on driving business growth while providing top quality customer and agent experience. Below is a summary of the group you could be supporting: AI, Data and Automation – Focuses on the AI, Data platform and Decision and Automation development, maintenance and testing. Job Summary We are seeking curious, passionate, and hard-working graduates from an information technology academic field to participate in our remote graduate program. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and managers to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:$74,955 to $138,744 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)$68,141 to $126,131 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)$61,327 to $113,518 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions: Rotate through assignments in different areas of Application Development, building a solid foundation in software engineering concepts, tools, quality engineering, and processes. Develop a strong understanding of relevant product areas, codebases, and systems. Write high-quality code for simple scenarios with good test coverage. Help with any Application System Support needs. Participate in Review of Design and Application code to ensure Best Practices, Adherence to Mercury Standards and High Quality.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements Be legally eligible to work in the U.S.Recently completed a bachelor's or both bachelor's and master's degree in an information technology (computer science, Electrical engineering, Mathematics and Data science) fieldAble to provide a cumulative GPA, as reported by your school. Minimum 3.0 GPA required, 3.5 or higher GPA preferred.Graduation date on or after November 2025 but no later than June 2026Planning to seek full-time employment by June 2026Preferred Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communicationGood problem-solving skillsWillingness to independently learn and make an impact within a team environmentStrong programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, PythonGood understanding of different data structures and algorithmsPreferred but not required: experience with AI, SQL and Git/GitHub/GitLab

Physical Requirements:
Physical Actions Required job duties are essentially sedentary in nature, consisting of occasional walking, standing, lifting, and/or carrying ten pounds maximum.
