Merchandising Specialist (Remote PST ONLY)

Compensation Range: $17 - 21 per hour
As a Merchandise Specialist on the Price Operations team, you will be essential in ensuring all pricing and promotional strategies are executed accurately and efficiently. This role demands strong collaboration and adaptability, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and supporting the business's evolving needs.
Responsibilities:
• Event and Promotion Coordination: Gather and organize details from buying offices for upcoming promotions and events to ensure smooth implementation.
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor websites to help maintain the company's competitive pricing position in the market.
• Promotion System Management: Accurately enter and update promotional data in internal systems, including pricing and promotional interfaces.
• Merchandising Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of merchandising processes and systems.
• Collaboration and Training: Work with buying offices to streamline procedures, resolve potential issues, and provide process training when necessary.
• Workflow Management: Operate within a shared workflow, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a retail or business environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with online retail, merchandising, product development, or related systems and reporting is a plus.
