Conduct periodic audits of group eligibility data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reconcile group eligibility reports to monthly statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Respond to all written and telephone eligibility inquiries from individuals or assigned employer groups, providing timely and accurate information.
Research information on subscribers to resolve problems and disputes, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain quality and production standards as outlined by the department, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of general work experience. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
