Merchandiser – Retail (CVS Chain) | Independent Contractor (1099)

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Merchandisers to support our brand presence in CVS stores. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule, provided you meet the agreed-upon visit frequency for each store.
What You’ll Do:
• Execute planogram resets to perfection, making sure every product is in its place.
• Introduce new products and refresh existing sets to keep displays looking sharp.
• Keep shelves fully stocked and organized—place replenishment orders as needed.
• Clean, adjust, and maintain fixture quality and product integrity.
• Hang and replace tags to ensure accurate pricing and product identification.
• Partner with store managers and employees to ensure a seamless retail experience.
• Be the face of our brand in stores—build positive relationships and share program updates with CVS team members.
What You’ll Need:
• Must-have tools: smartphone, computer with internet, PDF reader, and the ability to install and use mobile apps to track your work.
• Detail-oriented mindset and pride in presentation—retail is all about the visual!
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be interacting with store personnel regularly.
• The ability to read and execute planograms/schematics accurately.
• Some experience in inventory or stock management is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
• 1+ year of retail merchandising or reset execution experience is preferred—but if you're fast on your feet and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
