**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Home Service Chat Support**

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our business unit, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You'll acquire knowledge and understanding of product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with the best possible service experience. **Responsibilities:** * Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage. * Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors. * Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved. * Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses. * May assume other duties as assigned. **Key Qualifications:** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. * 1+ years of experience preferred. * Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Customer service experience and/or training. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. **Essential Functions:** * Ability to be on video call as required during working hours. **Compensation and Benefits:** * This role pays between $15 to $17/hour, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location. * Certain roles at blithequark are eligible for additional rewards and incentives.
