Job Summary:
We're looking for a part-time, licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC) in Minnesota to provide evidence-based therapy to support our members' mental health goals. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner with psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to deliver comprehensive care. This is a 1099, part-time position with opportunities for full-time in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help members meet their goals
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated care
Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC in Minnesota (additional state licenses a plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth via video
Organized and enthusiastic about a dynamic team environment
Warm and engaging clinical style
Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals
Availability for evening hours and potential Saturdays
