Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Associate)- Remote/Hybrid

Do you want to work in private practice without having to deal with the business side? Honest Insight Counseling is hiring part-time and full-time clinicians throughout CA. We are a attachment and trauma informed practice based out of Pasadena, CA. Clinician must be open to 2x/wk in office. We are dedicated towards developing self-awareness and healthier relationships with ourselves and others. We work mainly with adults and couples struggling with ineffective communication and hx of trauma.

Pay rate: $50-70/hour

(Licensed) Average 60 min $70/hr.

(Associate) Average 60 min $50/hr.

Taking vacation is strongly encouraged. We do not just preach work-life balance. We encourage 3 day weekends.
Sick time accrual after 90 days.
Health insurance for full-time staff and CEU stipends.

Work on your schedule. All marketing, Google Ads, Insurance Credentialing, SEO, Web Page Photos, etc. provided by the group. EMR, HIPAA Phone, HIPAA email= included.

Full-time with benefits: 23-25 hours/wk.

The psychotherapists must be licensed in the state of CA to apply.
• Emotionally Focused Training highly encouraged. Additional modalities utilized in our practice: ACT, CBT, Trauma-informed (Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS).

Open to training and working with couples recommended.
