Mental Health Business Support Specialist (Remote)
Seattle Christian Counseling Founded in 2010, Seattle Christian Counseling is an association of independently licensed counselors offering faith-based mental health services. With offices across Washington, California, and Texas, we support our counselors in providing compassionate, professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Mental Health Business Support Specialist to join our remote administrative team. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely care about helping people find the right mental health support. Position Details • Job Type: Full-time (Remote) • Pay: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) • Schedule: • Saturday: Every other week, 8 AM – 4 PM PST • Sunday: Off • Monday: Every other week, 10 AM – 6 PM PST • Tuesday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM PST Benefits: • No medical benefits or retirement package • 40 hours paid sick leave per year • PTO accrual after 1 year • Paid holidays: Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Tell me about your previous experience handling high volume calls. • Tell me about your previous experience in insurance billing or verification. • Do you have experience working in a mental health or medical office?
