Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance the membership program.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the membership program, ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently.
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of member services representatives to provide exceptional service to members.
Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create and execute member-exclusive events and experiences.
Monitor membership trends and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase member satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Coordinate and manage member communication, including newsletters, emails, and social media content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in membership management to continuously improve the program.
Work closely with the sales team to promote and market the membership program to potential members.
Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to manage membership fees and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining the Disney brand image.
Continuously seek ways to improve the member experience and provide recommendations to senior management for program enhancements.
