Position Purpose: Oversee specific Member Engagement & Communications initiatives to improve member engagement and retention. Execute Communications initiatives related to regulations, operations, and/or health education, including project management, content development and execution, measurement, and reporting. Provide strategic solutions to various initiatives while meeting compliance regulations and timelines.
Candidate MUST live in KY
• Develop and execute communication initiatives across creative/content development, regulatory reviews/approvals and distribution, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Collaborate with business partners, health plans and vendors on various communication initiatives gaining full alignment
• Utilize a multi-channel communication approach including web, direct mail, email, text, etc.
• Execute communications initiatives with vendors and external partners based on project milestones and details
• Leverage internal and external market data and research insights to help develop communications and engagement opportunities
• Build and maintain internal and external business relationships
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• 25% Travel - Field based same day travel and 75% remote
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience, or related area. 3+ years of related experience in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer ExperiencePay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
