What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to warm leads – These are seniors who requested information about insurance coverage. No cold calling.
• Handle inbound calls – Some clients will call in after seeing our marketing, ready to discuss their options.
• Follow up on client-set appointments – Engage with potential buyers who have scheduled a call to review their insurance options.
• Educate and guide clients – Help them understand their coverage options and find the best policy for their needs and budget.
• Close deals and get paid – This is a performance-based role, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Follow up with potential buyers – Some clients need a little extra time before making a decision.
• Stay coachable and committed – We provide ongoing training and support to help you continuously improve your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sales and communication skills – You should be comfortable having conversations, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Self-discipline and motivation – This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, but success depends on your effort and consistency.
• Coachability – We have a proven system. Agents who follow it do well; those who don’t, struggle.
• Previous sales experience (insurance or telesales preferred, but not required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
Work Requirements:
Because this is a fully remote position, you must have a professional home office setup, including:
A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks won’t cut it).
Fast and reliable internet (no laggy connections—this is phone-based sales).
A quiet, distraction-free workspace (no barking dogs or crying babies in the background).
Compensation & Schedule:
100% commission-based pay – Your earning potential is entirely in your hands. Our top agents make $8K-$10K+ per month.
Flexible schedule – Work shifts as short as 4 hours, but you must commit to at least 25 hours per week on average.
