Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their Medicare options, ensuring they understand their benefits and helping them make informed decisions. All leads will be provided and are inbound calls direct from the consumer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a solid understanding of the healthcare market and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
• Educate clients about Medicare plans, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable Medicare solutions for clients.
• Assist clients with the completion of applications and necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
• Utilize various sales techniques including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail sales strategies to reach potential clients.

Experience
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and the healthcare market is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in outside sales or telemarketing environments.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
